Please set Emoticons in Japan App from iPhone/iPod system settings (a gear icon), not from Emoticons in Japan App icon
After downloading this Emoticons in Japan App, plea set as following.
iPhone/iPod Settings (a gear icon) > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard… Then select “Kamoji Keyboard”!
